Introduction

#2 - Introduction

This “Series of Insights” contain the questions and discussions that will help everyone gain respect for your own views. Just read and consider. It’s easy! These “subjects” are a review of today’s major issues and common “mis-understandings”.

Most of today’s commonly held views on “Current Events”, “Personal Issues”, “Government”, “Parents, Families, Schools” and certain “Definitions” are indeed vague and misleading.

For instance:
What about the “accounting” travesties in the latest corporate disasters? ….. Are they “criminal” or just “immoral”?
Are you being understood?... (How to “define” your words.)
What is a “family”? …. What’s a “mother”? …. What’s a “father”?
What does “education” really mean?
You will always gain if you offer “A successful alternative”?

Have you ever thought about these issues before or did you just give your opinions? … Does one think to “ask” first to define the subject before one gives his opinion?

“One can only see what one already knows!
“But, one can only know what one understands!!”

If the individual carries these “misunderstandings” into his communications in society; the “society” will obviously get the wrong impressions. The normal desire to be respected will suffer and one’s life becomes unnecessarily harder!

These “Groups of Topics” has been divided into separate parts.
The “first” section is an introduction into the Author’s thought processes and the goals of these “insights”.
The so-called “Series” of five reflect a separate focus on a particular topic.

Series #101 – Insights on “Our Government, Money, and Society”

Series #201 – Insights on “Current Events”

Series #301 – Insights on “Definitions and better Communication”

Series #401 – Insights on “Parents, Family, Living Well & Schools”

Series #501 – Insights on “Personal Issues and Understandings”

Series #7501 – Includes #7501 - #7505 – everything up to 7/13/06

Series #7700 – Everything in 2007

By the end of the first “Series” one will have gained a new insight into some of today’s discussion…
i.e. Whether it is “illegal” or “immoral” in the present corporate disaster? ….
i.e. What could the reasons be for these “terrorist attacks”? …

One will have gained a new way to look at and discuss these “Current Events”.

By the end of the full five “Series” one will have gained some new information, some new “successful alternatives”, that will make one’s responses more interesting, more valuable.

One will gain new respect from one’s friends!
One will be more confident! …..
One will live and feel better!

“Very often a good question becomes the answer!”

I know these “insights” will he William Tishman (Author)
